I recently underwent facial fat grafting with Dr. Anjali Saple and would like to share my experience. To start with—I’m really happy with the outcome. My main concerns were volume loss in my cheeks, under-eye hollows, and mild skin sagging. I had tried fillers before, but the effects didn’t last and never felt quite natural. Fat grafting seemed like a more permanent, regenerative option—and I’m so glad I did it. The procedure itself was smooth. Fat was gently harvested (in my case, from the abdomen), processed, and then injected into key areas of my face. There was some swelling and puffiness in the first 1–2 weeks, which is totally normal. At times I looked uneven or overfilled, but by around week 3, things started settling beautifully. Now, a few months in, I can confidently say: ✅ My face looks fuller and more youthful ✅ The texture of my skin has improved—more glowy and smooth ✅ I look refreshed but not “done” ✅ The results feel natural—not stiff or artificial like fillers sometimes do I also appreciate that this isn’t just about volume—it’s your own fat, with regenerative properties. That, to me, felt safer and more appealing long-term. If you're considering fat grafting: Be patient. The final results take time (I noticed big improvements around the 3-month mark).
